What does the AI receptionist do?
It answers your phone and texts with your business name, in English, Spanish or Portuguese. It quotes jobs by room, takes bookings, collects deposits and sends you every request by text.
Can I offer recurring plans?
Yes. You can set up plans like twice a year or quarterly, each with a per-visit and monthly price. Each visit is booked and reminders go out before each one.
Do customers pay a deposit online?
Yes. When they book online they pay a deposit by card. You see paid and unpaid jobs in your dashboard.
Is the domain included?
Yes. Every plan includes a .com in your business’s name, renewals included.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Do you offer automatic monthly billing?
Not yet. Customers pay per job or per visit online. Automatic recurring card billing is coming soon.
